Inside Structure

1. Edge-less treatment finished on the both sides of roller for preventing of belt’s damage.
2. Unique contour design that allows no recess for foreign accumulation.
3. Reinforced end cap automatic-welded to pipe that ensures longer life and structural strength of the roller parts.
4. Sealing at “A” is realized by O-rings inserted between end cap, bearing and P.C seals that provide perfect sealing even if water happens to be present at “Z” point.
5. Elastic Sealing from the Rubber Cover and Tapron Washer (“B” point).
6. Smooth Sealing from uneven part of PC Seal part and Tapron washer part (“C” point).
